The Employers Liability Insurance covers legal liability of the Employer to pay compensation due to accident death of or bodily injuries to the employees while they are in the employer’s service. Insurance also covers medical and other extra expenses that the Employer is legally liable to pay to the injured employee or his / her dependents.

Any payments by an Insurance Company are carried out within the liability limits agreed with the Client and stipulated in the insurance policy.

Any work-related accident with Insured Person resulting in his/her death or bodily injury that gives rise to the Employers liability under labor and/or social protection laws to pay compensation to the injured employee or his/her dependents.
